1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the use of the ThemeDrop service, available at themedrop.app. By using our service, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Description of the service

ThemeDrop is an artificial-intelligence-based Shopify theme generation tool. The service lets users create Shopify product pages from AliExpress links in exchange for credits.

3. Pricing and credits

Use of the service is subject to a credit system:

• Generating a theme costs 1 credit.
• Exporting a theme to Shopify costs 1 additional credit.
• Pro subscribers enjoy specific benefits defined at the time of subscription.
• Credits are non-refundable once used.

4. Pro subscription

The ThemeDrop Pro subscription is billed monthly. It can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ThemeDrop does not store any banking data. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD), all taxes included.

6. Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable. For any exceptional request, please contact us at supportthemedrop@gmail.com within 48 hours of the purchase.

7. Intellectual property

Themes generated by ThemeDrop are the property of the user. ThemeDrop reserves the right to use generation data, in anonymized form, to improve the service.

8. Limitation of liability

ThemeDrop cannot be held liable for business losses related to the use of the service, nor for the accuracy of information extracted from AliExpress. The user is solely responsible for the compliance of their Shopify store.

9. Changes to these terms

ThemeDrop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant change.
